What services do you offer?

We offer free independant advice from the 'Whole of the Equity Release Market'. A fee is only charged if a plan is arranged.
Where are you based?

We are based in Findon, West Sussex.
Are there any fees involved that I would have to pay?

No fee for initial consultation.
Our fee is usually £749 paid on Completion of the mortgage.
Solicitor's legal fees are estimated at £810, however, the actual amount will depend on individual circumstances. Please ask for a quotation.
No valution fee required.
